Terms of Service
Terms that apply to your use of SPR Glasgow
Last updated: April 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the SPR Glasgow website, platform, applications and related services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms and by any policies referenced within them, including our Privacy Policy.
If you are using the service on behalf of a company, production entity or other organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms. If you do not agree with them, you must not access or use the service.
2. Account Registration
You may need to create an account to access some features. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorisation.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account unless the access results directly from our failure to maintain reasonable security measures. We may refuse registration, limit access or require verification where account creation or use appears suspicious, incomplete or inconsistent with these terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use SPR Glasgow only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others, interfere with the service, or expose us or third parties to legal, regulatory or security risk. You must not use the platform to upload harmful code, attempt unauthorised access, scrape restricted areas, reverse engineer protected components, or bypass usage controls.
You must also ensure that the prompts, scripts, briefs, references and other content you submit are materials you have the right to use. We may suspend or remove content, restrict accounts, or investigate activity that appears abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, or materially disruptive to the platform or other users.
4. AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated material can be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, biased, or unsuitable for a particular project, jurisdiction or production context. Output may require substantial editorial review before it is safe or appropriate to rely on for commissioning, rights clearance, talent approvals, budgeting or publication.
You agree that decisions based on generated content remain your responsibility. SPR Glasgow does not provide legal advice, factual certification, editorial approval, compliance clearance, or production sign-off, and the platform should not be treated as a substitute for professional judgement.
5. Fees & Refunds
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis according to the pricing presented at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing. You authorise us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for subscription fees, applicable taxes and any other agreed charges related to the service.
Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins. We may review exceptional refund requests relating to duplicate transactions, technical billing errors or other circumstances we consider reasonable. Changing plans may alter future billing and access limits, and we may update pricing with advance notice for renewals going forward.
6. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and may cancel a paid plan before the next renewal date. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically reverse charges already incurred for the current billing period unless a refund is granted separately.
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, created legal risk, misused the platform, failed to pay fees, or acted in a way that threatens the security, availability or integrity of the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply after access ends.
7. Intellectual Property
The SPR Glasgow service, including the software, branding, interface design, documentation, workflows and site content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with the plan you have purchased or otherwise been granted.
You retain any rights you hold in the materials you submit to the platform, subject to the permissions needed for us and our processors to host, process and return those materials as part of the service. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you, and you may not use our branding without prior written permission.
8. Disclaimers of Warranties
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or fit for every production scenario, workflow or commercial purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties, representations and conditions of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and availability. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SPR Glasgow, its officers, employees, contractors and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunity or production value arising out of or connected with the use of the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for claims arising in connection with the service will be limited to the amount paid by you to us for the relevant paid plan during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you have not paid us any fees. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.
10. Governing Law (England and Wales)
These terms and any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law rules that would require the application of another jurisdiction's laws.
The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms or the service, unless applicable law in your place of residence gives you a non-waivable right to bring a claim elsewhere.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to the product, business model, legal obligations or risk profile of the service. When we do so, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we may provide additional notice through the website, product or email. Continued use of the service after the effective date of updated terms means the revised terms apply to your continued use.
