Billing starts on the day you upgrade from Free to a paid plan. Charges renew monthly on the same calendar date unless you cancel before the next cycle begins.
If a billing issue looks incorrect, contact the team within 14 days and we will review it manually. We do not promise automatic refunds for partial usage, but we do investigate duplicate or accidental charges.
Yes. Teams can move between Free, Pro and Studio as production needs change. Upgrades apply immediately, while downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
